Typing reply - space key ignored

Typing here in new thread is fine. But I'll reply to this with more info and reproduce the bug.

I'm viewing a thread, I click Reply with Quote on a post. It opens the Quick Reply box. I start typing immediately under the quote line. I can type but pressing space key results in no space inserted. I have to then go to the end of the /QUOTE line, press Enter for new line, then I can type and space key results in a space. Below is my first attempt here at typing.

Testing with new settings... working good!
