I have a low boost turbo, and even though the oil return pump is running,it will spuratically blow oil into the exhaust. Is there a seal between the oil and the urbo that could have blown out? or just too much oil being pumped to the turbo?

check the intercooler tube to you throttle bodies. see if theres oil in it. if so, the turbo seals leting it past.

If it is an alpine turbo change the oil pump i had the same issue and they told me the pump was getting too hot. Header wrap and a small heat sheld over the pump fixxed the problem. :):):)
