truck bed - tie down ideas

Hey guys,
I have a 09toyota tacoma and am looking for a little bit more of a
tie down system for 2 bikes. (crf250 sized bikes)

my set up right now is kind of a pain in the arse.

-maybe something that i can fabricate to tie the bikes down into,
something i can purchase from a company.
Things that are permanant ( like drilling holes in truck bed ) or something thats removable. Now i Dont really like the bike holders that just clamp onto the wheel.. but thats pretty much the only kind i know of that are out there
that arnt the standard "tiedowns to tuck bed" type.

.. my truck bed is plastic so it would need some kind of support if i were to be drilling holes.

lol thats cool, and that bed buddie should be advertised Way more.
looks like it workes great.
