I am seriously thinking about putting a RKT secondary kit om my M1000 but from my research I have heard of better upshiftting and backshifting but no one has said whether they have gained a bunch of trackspeed. To this point I have geared my sled to M8 gears put hard rollers and a shift assist in the secondary and weighted up my new 3 post primary so that I am achieving 7300-7450 rpms on most pulls. My engine has an added base gasket, cleaned up the exhaust ports, y pipe and can sno pro horn in the intake and a boondocker box that I feel is dialed in quite close. The problem is this sled is like a freight train, it keeps going but doesnt have any speed in doing so. Sorry for the long windedness but will the RKT make a huge difference? Any input would be appreciated from people that have this kit and have actually checked before and after results. Thanks.
