We have one of those Insta Pots that pressure cook, wife uses it all the time. Nothing like cooking a frozen roast to fall apart in 70mins.

Another day and almost more money spent. Wife and I coming back from Okotoks and we broke over a hill next to some pea stubble of mine and instantly hit a long stretch of heavy slush from drifting and came close to rolling the Durango. Pulled us towards the ditch and then hit wet pavement and righted itself but shot the other direction then tail whipped once we hit dry pavement again squealing the tires back and forth. Groceries in back got roughed up pretty good from the whipping side to side. Wife did an amazing job keeping us on the road. Not so lucky for someone else as there was a mini van that had rolled in my field earlier I guess. No one phoned Volker till I did which surprises me.
