I'm betting the floats are stuck open. Pop carbs off and check. Also check primer isn't syphoning through. Seen that before. Easiest to check before carbs

That's ok, need to get that ICE road fixed by fort Chip, they have a specialized ice road contractor on it now who says they should have re-open by 2nd week of February.
