Had a tech who came to the front twice for a base gasket on a Rotax. I gave him a gasket kit, a piston kit and a new cylinder. He tears the first gasket then comes up front 20 minutes later for another cylinder? I said we just changing one side as other side is good. He said he dropped the cylinder and needs another. (No remorse) I asked him who should pay? He said I don't know? I said should the customer? He said no. I said I'm not as I was up front on the phone? He looks at me and says I'M NOT PAYING! I told him next time he would be. Fuggin peoples kids.

bs at the shop
Does the kid have promise? Is he loyal? Does he appreciate the job? If he fits the bill he's worth taking a chance on. If he's none of the above then time to go another talent search.
