I started this thread a couple of yeasr ago and ended up getting my chains from Titan Supply in Calgary. I have uncommon size tires on my truck (285/75-17 about 34") and they ended up taking a set of heavy duty chains that would fit 35" tires and cut them down. The guys went out to the parking lot and fit them to my truck then cut out a few links while I waited. We then went back outside and showed my how to install them, and made sure they fit properly. These are heavy duty V-bar chains with cam style tighteners. The set of 2 was just about $100. I highly recommend Titan.

We get all the chains for our heavy equip. and trucks from Canadian chains.com in bc. Lots to choose from, free shipping, they have a good website as well.
