Tip: How to check snow fall amounts

If you want to see how much snow you've had near your favorite riding area go to this web site:
Agriculture and Rural Development : AgroClimatic Information Service

wait for the map to populate with red points. Then generate graphs of hourly data (precipitation, temp, etc), from more than 270 stations scattered across Alberta, only two hours old. Select the hourly option under the period option. then select the accumulated precipitation box. Then select stations near your target area and then hit the graph button. You can also check out the temperature and windspeeds too.

There are maps too, look over the the left an choose ACIS maps here is snow fall totals relative to normals.
