all going according to the LPC plan

The road map and aim was set out by the PMO and is as follows:
– Phase in secondary lock down restrictions on a rolling basis, starting with major metropolitan areas first and expanding outward. Expected by November 2020. (COMPLETED )
– Rush the acquisition of (or construction of) isolation facilities across every province and territory. Expected by December 2020. (
COMPLETED )
– Daily new cases of COVID-19 will surge beyond capacity of testing, including increases in COVID related deaths following the same growth curves. Expected by end of November 2020.(
COMPLETED )
– Complete and to total secondary lock down (much stricter than the first and second rolling phase restrictions). Expected by end of December 2020 – early January 2021 (COMPLETED)
– Reform and expansion of the unemployment program to be transitioned into the universal basic income program. Expected by Q1 2021. (
COMPLETED)
– Projected COVID-19 mutation and/or co-infection with secondary virus (referred to as COVID-21) leading to a third wave with much higher mortality rate and higher rate of infection. Expected by February 2021. (
COMPLETED)
– Daily new cases of COVID-21 hospitalizations and COVID-19 and COVID-21 related deaths will exceed medical care facilities capacity. Expected Q1 – Q2 2021.(
COMPLETED)
– Enhanced lock down restrictions (referred to as Third Lock Down) will be implemented. Full travel restrictions will be imposed (including inter-province and inter-city). Expected Q2 2021. (
JUST HAPPENING)
– Transitioning of individuals into the universal basic income program. Expected mid Q2 2021.
– Projected supply chain break downs, inventory shortages, large economic instability. Expected late Q2 2021.
– Deployment of military personnel into major metropolitan areas as well as all major roadways to establish travel checkpoints. Restrict travel and movement. Provide logistical support to the area. Expected by Q3 2021.

Along with that provided road map the Strategic Planning committee was asked to design an effective way of transitioning Canadians to meet a unprecedented economic endeavor. One that would change the face of Canada and forever alter the lives of Canadians. What we were told was that in order to offset what was essentially an economic collapse on a international scale, that the federal government was going to offer Canadians a total debt relief. This is how it works: the federal government will offer to eliminate all personal debts (mortgages, loans, credit cards, etc) which all funding will be provided
to Canada by the IMF under what will become known as the World Debt Reset program. In exchange for acceptance of this total debt forgiveness the individual would forfeit ownership of any and all property and assets forever. The individual would also have to agree to partake in the COVID-19 and COVID-21 vaccination schedule, which would provide the individual with unrestricted travel and unrestricted living even under a full lock down (through the use of photo identification referred to as Canada’s HealthPass) .

Committee members asked who would become the owner of the forfeited property and assets in that scenario and what would happen to lenders or financial institutions, we were simply told “the World Debt Reset program will handle all of the details”. Several committee members also questioned what would happen to individuals if they refused to participate in the World Debt Reset program, or the HealthPass, or the vaccination schedule, and the answer we got was very troubling. Essentially we were told it was our duty to make sure we came up with a plan to ensure that would never happen. We were told it was in the individuals best interest to participate. When several committee members pushed relentlessly to get an answer we were told that those who refused would first live under the lock down restrictions indefinitely. And that over a short period of time as more Canadians transitioned into the debt forgiveness program, the ones who refused to participate would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities. Once in those facilities they would be given two options, participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized.
So as you can imagine after hearing all of this it turned into quite the heated discussion and escalated beyond anything I’ve ever witnessed before. In the end it was implied by the PMO that the whole agenda will move forward no matter who agrees with it or not. That it wont just be Canada but in fact all nations will have similar roadmaps and agendas. That we need to take advantage of the situations before us to promote change on a grander scale for the betterment of everyone. The members who were opposed and ones who brought up key issues that would arise from such a thing were completely ignored. Our opinions and concerns were ignored. We were simply told to just do it.

and which part is crap?

Where does the IMF get all the money to pay off these debts? Lets start there.

Who's going to agree to have their debt forgave in return for giving up the right to property ownership? I, like a lot of Canadians am not upside down on my loans, why would I sign away my property to alleviate less debt than my property is worth?

Who's going to go to work to produce things if they don't have a reason to have a job? I go to work so I can own things, if I can't own things I'm not going to work.

Who's going to force citizens into these "isolation camps", the cops can't keep 500 people out of a church, how are they going to imprison half the nation against their will? Most of whom also own firearms.

Did I miss anything???:sadbanana:

I have, and no matter how deep down the conspiracy theory rabbit hole I dive I can't come to your conclusion. Your examples are contrarian to each other, de-centralized digital currency is the enemy of state ownership, which in turn is the enemy of the whole "you'll own nothing" theory/conspiracy.

Yup, you missed these and a bunch more, this is excerpts from only the 2 of the 7 sections compiled at that convention, I'm done reading this BS. If the federal NDP win I'm moving to the Caribean.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Paragraph i of Section 3.9 of the Policy Book be replaced with: “i. Decriminalizing the possession for personal use of all drugs, with the goal of working withprovinces and territories to promote the rehabilitation and recovery of drug users and toreduce overdoses, the spread of blood-borne and sexually transmitted infections, and thestigmatization of drug users while undermining the influence of organized crime.”

BE IT RESOLVED THAT:BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP propose a Federal Jobs Guarantee as the cornerstone toa just recovery while transitioning to a zero-carbon economy. A Jobs Guarantee wouldaim to provide well-compensated unionized work in healthcare, at-home care, education, childcare, green energy (e.g. solar, wind, geothermal), and nationalized electric public transitmanufacturing

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP would increase Employment Insurance sickness benefits from15 weeks to 50 weeks.

Section 3.1, item (i) be removed from the NDP Policy Book and replaced with the following:I. The decriminalization of sex work.BE IT RESOLVED THAT:The NDP tables as soon as possible a bill in Parliament to decriminalize sex work in Canada. The NDP makes decriminalizing of sex work in Canada a central element of its electionplatform.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT an NDP government would put in place a guaranteed livable incomethat will reach $2,000 per month over time.”

BE IT RESOLVED THAT an NDP government would strengthen its legal obligation and applythe Canada Labour Code to penal institutions to ensure that prisoners are treated equally andreceive a living wage.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT:THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP endorses the legalization of all drugs, includingall pharmaceuticals and street drugs. Doctors will be there to advise patients but not to bemedicinal gatekeepers

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the following be added to the preamble of the NDP Constitution:“Socialism, a cooperative commonwealth in which public ownership and democratic control ofthe major means of production, distribution and exchange, is the goal of the New DemocraticParty.”

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Canada develop a net-zero building code for all new buildings inCanada to be issued by 2025.

Despite decades of austerity rhetoric from Liberals and Conservatives, the pandemic hasshown massive federal spending is not only possible, but absolutely necessary in anemergency;

Establishing, within one year of forming government, a Crown corporation to provide farefree cross-country inter-city and rural public transit to connect all residents of Canada tothe services, care, and communities they need.

Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP actively campaign in opposition of all new pipelineconstruction, and for a rapid conversion to renewable, green energy systems, recognizingthat to fund such a gigantic energy shift it will be necessary to conscript the enormous, accumulated wealth of the resource corporations by nationalizing Big Oil and Gas underworkers’ and community democratic control, while fully respecting Indigenous peoples’ rights.

Therefore BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP oppose all carbon intensive energy projects,including those already in development such as Coastal GasLink pipeline and Site C dam;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the NDP propose a Federal Jobs Guarantee as thecornerstone to a just recovery while transitioning to a zero-carbon economy. A JobsGuarantee would aim to provide well-compensated unionized work in healthcare, at-homecare, education, childcare, green energy (e.g. solar, wind, geothermal), and nationalizedelectric public transit manufacturing.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT NDP call for a ban of Glyphosate by 2022.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP will do everything in its power to oppose Energy East, aproject that would have a devastating effect for Quebec.

Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP actively campaign to oppose the constructionof any new pipelines and for the rapid conversion to green, renewable energy systems, recognizing that to finance an energy change of this magnitude it will be necessary to mobilizethe vast wealth accumulated by resource corporations by nationalizing large oil and gascompanies and placing them under the democratic control of workers and communities, whilefully respecting the rights of Indigenous Peoples.

And Nationalize the oil and gas sector to steal their wealth?

And the best part, oppose Energy East, because of it's devastating effect for Quebec? (It's best if you read it with a dramatic tone)
I guess its with policy like this that we invent phrases like "the Looney Left"?

I can't stop, there's more:

Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP advocate the following: rapid de-funding of policeforces in Canada by 50%, transferring the funds to necessary social services including but notlimited to housing, mental health, and addictions treatment; the disarming of police beginningwith the removal of all military hardware, tasers, gas, pepper and other sprays and guns; thepermanent removal of all non-indigenous police forces from indigenous lands; and ultimately, the disbanding of armed, uniformed police forces to be replaced by community-controlledpeace services.

WHEREAS:Our 2 Spirit siblings have been and continue to be on Turtle Island (North America) long beforethe destructive legacies of colonization that have wreaked such havoc in their lives.BE IT RESOLVED THAT:Be It Resolved: That the policy of referring to “LGBTQI2S+” be changed to “2SLGBTQI+” for theparty and all riding EDAs.

WHEREAS:WHEREAS trans-people have a sense of gender identity; andWHEREAS trans-people have sex characteristics that do not coincide with their genderidentity; andWHEREAS gender dysphoria and the lack of treatment thereof can be life-threatening;BE IT RESOLVED THAT:Therefore be it resolved, that all trans-related therapy, medication, and surgery be providedfree of cost.

WHEREAS:WHEREAS we know that journalistic integrity lies at the heart of our democracy and is underattack by “fake news”, rampant distrust of mainstream media and the manipulation of socialmedia by foreign actors; andWHEREAS the NDP’s previous solution was too narrow and only dealt with the private sectormedia,BE IT RESOLVED THAT:policy Book section 6.10 (d) be replaced with:d. Requiring the formation of a self-governing non-governmental organization that wouldregulate professional journalism (like a Canadian College of Journalists) that can uphold thejournalistic integrity of members of the organization, regardless of their affiliation with public, private or self- published media. This organization should be self-governed by a council thatshould reflect Canada’s diverse population, and which should include both journalists and thepublic (with a significant majority given to journalists).

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP will actively campaign for federal and provincial governmentsto guarantee that all Canadian residents can receive the health care they need, regardless oftheir immigration status.

Therefore BE IT RESOLVED THAT:Section 2, 4.4 of the NDP policy book be amended to incorporate the following:- New Democrats believe that all migrants, including refugees, study and work permitholders and undocumented people in Canada must be regularized and given full andpermanent immigration status now without exception.- All migrants arriving in the future must do so with full and permanent immigration status.

Oppose the Liberal government’s planned National Defence budget increases and call for animmediate freeze on the expansion of military spending.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT an NDP government will commit to phasing out theCanadian Armed Forces.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all members of the Canadian Armed Forces will be retrained,at the expense of the federal government, into civil service roles that help expand Canadian, provincial and municipal social services, such as expanded health care, education, communityservices, public transit and parks.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all members of the Canadian Armed Forces continue toreceive full salaries and benefits until they assume their new jobs in the civil service.

Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP actively campaign to get Canada out of NATO, toget NATO out of Afghanistan, to remove the NATO nuclear ring around Russian borders, andto disengage Canadian forces from any support role for the U.S. and its client regimes aroundthe world.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the New Democrats support an end to the heroic commemoration ofMacdonald and instead aim to present Canadians with a nuanced and holistic view of Canada’sfirst Prime Minister by working with municipalities to remove Macdonald statues from publicspaces and display them in museums instead.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the NDP add the following to section 5.7 of the Policy Book:5.7h Acting under the principle of Land Back by actively seeking and pursuing all opportunitiesto return Crown lands and restore Indigenous jurisdiction to Indigenous nations.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT an NDP government would consult with the cultural community witha view to opening discussions with the Government of Quebec on cultural autonomy and onthe transfer of power and funding for culture, while maintaining the historical share of federalfunding.

THAT the New Democratic Party of Canada leadership consult with the Green Party of Canadaleadership about the possibility of a fair and mutually advantageous one-time alliance goinginto the next federal election and/or a subsequent election.THAT joint policy priorities relating to electoral reform, climate action and social justice beidentified that the parties commit to pursuing collaboratively in the next Parliament.THAT the focus be on ridings where collaboration would make the greatest possible differenceand where there is support for collaboration from the local Riding Associations.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT Canada remove the symbols of religion from its flags, medallions, medals, emblems, state decorations, badges, awards, schools, courts, legislatures and otherpublic facilities and commemorations and remedy the fact that the only faith-based statutoryholidays are Christian. And in the spirit of ending colonialism Canada should stop all supportfor missionizing at home and abroad. To maintain the status quo is to re-affirm that one groupof Canadians are inherently superior to others and that is classic racism.

The NDP:Gain all party consensus to update the Canadian flag to incorporate Indigenous symbols;Work with First Nations, Inuit, and Métis artists to identify meaningful symbols to include on anew Canadian flag that symbolizes a pathway towards reconciliation and a strong, meaningfulnation to nation relationship between Canada and Indigenous peoples.

Anything the NDP puts out is immaterial. They’re perennial losers, never have and never will form a national government. And if you think that anyone with any kind of wealth is gonna allow the government to strip them of their wealth you’re as idiotic as the morons that think the earth is flat.
