Have not heard yet, will try and find out from the Trail Co-ordinator for that area, driving by it today looks like there might be some activity up there. Probably some sledders finding out why it is called Stoney Mountain.... Will post once I hear more. Cheers, Dare.

There is less snow in the mac than edmonton right now!

Yeah thats really odd too. usually we get more! Were gonna take a drive out to stoney mountain this weekend, probably wont unload the sleds, dont want to damage anything. According to the snow drifters site everything is still closed but they dont usually "open" until we have quite a bit.

Keep me posted :D

Reports that I have heard substantiate your comments Quickclicker... Not enough snow yet. Also, the Drifters are not clearing trees and such off the trail until next weekend, December 11th??. If anyone is interested in helping, there is a contact number on the Drifter website.

SLED SMART, STUPID HURTS (I can vouch for that too.....)

Cheers, Dare
