Well just picked up my new ride and it has a batwing with a deck and 2 6x9's Ive noticed when it sits for 3 or 4 days the battery will get low and the bike will turn over to start.
Now i have done a drain down test and my deck draws .007 amps when the bike and stereo are off i know the deck has to pull some juice to keep presets and settings. No when he riding season actually comes i do plan to be riding enough to keep it charged up but every so ofter the bike will sit for a few days and i dont want to end up with a dead battery.
Now is there something wrong with my battery or is my stereo just pulling to much juice do the bigger harleys and other touring models have this problem (why i always here of guys plugging in tenders). Or is there a capacitor or something i can install to stop my batt from dyeing.
