Just set mine up on Monday. Pretty consistent 60mbps and above. Seen up to 120 the odd time. Averages about 2 outages per day. A friend in town has trees as obstruction and gets a good 20 outages a day.

Nice to see the have cables that have connectors on the end. My first build Starlink dish is has solid cable from dish with a connection on the router.

Router looks good, connection between your router and phone sucks though. Starlink isn't the issue by those tests, maybe something with the router or your phone.

It gets faster with time and as they put up more satellites. Mine doesn't go down anymore and is reliable and fast

telus hub is decent. 22 mbps down, 6.6 mbps up

Your Latency is too high. When we first got our starlink it was like that (Saskatoon area). It got better over time, I’m assuming they have a few more satalites over my area. We always habe over 50 download Will hit 200 down often.

Explornet was our first mistake 5 years ago. They were brutal for us.
