Well I took my 2013 1100t ltd out for my first ride on it has evo cold air rov kit and straight pipe. While in the motion of a jump/wheelie upon landing I snapped the belt right in half. I was on the throttle pretty hard when I landed but thought the belt could handle it. Maybe im wrong. thinking of the tcl stage 1 delete kit and a 7 tooth driver. Also going to try the Dayco xtx 5045 belts heard lots of positive results from them.

Carlisle XS809 worked for me - blew two belts in the first two hundred miles - now have over 800 on the XS809 - and still looks great.
Just have to adjust belt deflection and it's been working fine since. Have all the same evo stuff as you plus a few other goodies.

could you explain more on adjusting the belt deflection for me please.?

The Carlisle belt is a bit longer so you need to adjust the deflection to compensate for the longer belt.
Accomplished by adding or removing the shims under the retainer that holds the secondary clutch on.
