Why not just go to pick a part or your local auto wrecker . And grab some mini Cooper rims, use 5/8 inch drillbit and make new holes to fit your side-by-side.

Could you just remove the shock bolts and swing them out of the way, to drop it enough to fit in? Might be less work than changing wheels.

Remove the shock bolts and without rolling on a jack, the entire back end collapses.
