Was at Silent skiing over the weekend. Snow levels are still marginal. They had about 60cm in the storm but still not enough to ride. A few sleds punched half way up the single track but either gave up or destroyed there sleds. Not sure. We made it up to where they broke but still no one has even made it near the waterfall. Next major storm cycle it will be good to go.

Road is plowed to 40km due to active logging. Makes it a quick ride in right now!

That was us on friday that tried breaking into silent. After jumping a few creeks and alot of logs we gave up. Way to much work trying to get 6 sleds up there. There is no base. we would just spin down to the dirt

The creek crossings are in really good shape for some reason this year....

I have seen the few you crossed in much worse condition late into december and beyond. The snow is sticking well to logs and rock outcroppings in the creeks.

nice work to making it as far as you did!

We punched into mcmurdo at about 1am on thurs. Sweet night time pow ride all the way up. Almost ditched a few times stairing at the pow go over the lights on the sled. I'm sure we pretty much just bounced off the dark sides all the way up....

Silent isn't any good yet? Heading out Dec 3-5 to Golden and looking into what areas are good. Silent is one of my fav spots to ride but I don't wanna wreck anything just yet! :)

First tracks in Silent Pass on Sunday - Blue sky all day and 2-3 of fresh - a little wind blown up top but all the meadows and lower back side were over the hood - awesome day, no wrecks just big smiles:)
