Server and Website issues

We will be performing some work on the server in the next few days that will put the site down. This will happen from 2 am - 5 am mountain time MTZ. We will be adding some more Ram to the server, optimizing then performing a site software upgrade to fix any errors that have been occurring.
Some of the other issues that have been occurring in the last two weeks may have been related to hurricane Sandy that has hit the eastern side of Canada and USA. The server is located in Lansing, Michigan, with all that has gone on around this area I'm quite surprised that we had no downtime.

The update to the server will happen at 5am EST and should take 1 to 2 hours. The site will be completly down for that time. This will happen tonight. Or November 6 at 5 am EST

The site will be shut down at 1 am MST for some maintenance to the database. We are not sure how long this will take but are estimating about 2-3 hours. Once completed the site will be turned back on.

Then we will be going to the next step. The site will be upgraded to the most updated version of vbulletin 4.**
A few changes will also be implemented to the banner system and the left side navigation bars. These changes will make site security better, fix programming errors and make the site work better and more efficiently.
