I purchased my first snowmobile last year after going out with a friend for a day and I must say I am absolutely hooked. The first sled was a turbocharged 2010 Yamaha Nytro and I've just purchased a 2015 Ski-Doo Summit X T3, both are 163". I did a 4 day trip to McBride last year with some seasoned riders (hello RXN!) and had a fantastic time. I loved the boondocking, so the more nimble Summit should give me quite the advantage over the heavier Nytro. I'm currently watching the forums very closely for snow reports as I would like to get out for my first ride on the Summit in the next few weeks.
If there's anyone from my area that is looking for someone to hit the mountains, please don't hesitate to contact me. I've already informed the wife that this winter I will be doing weekend trips as much as possible. :d
