Rt 1000 dead plug on cold start!! Help

When ever I try to cold start sled it will not fire. Plug pouched, change plugs back fires once then runs fine! Any help would be good if u heard of this or come across it before!

It's bin rewired, and up graded fuel pumps

My 05 summit x 1000 is killing plugs on the pull cord side as well. I just checked and my idle is a little low....like 1300 rpm. How do I turn it up? and can someone post a pic of which screw if that's what it is. thanks.

Thanks for all the reply's! Turning up the idle fix her right up. There was a idle screw inbetween the carbs on the top just tweak it till your at 2000 rpm +or - 200 rpm don't have a pick but will see what I can do.
