Recycling outdated propane tanks

I have two 100 lb. propane tanks and one 20 lb. tank. Can anyone help me with information on where to recycle them.

Parkland county waste handling station handles them just west of Stony Plain just drop them off. How old are they and what kind of condition? If they are solid take them off you, propane turbo sleds go through lots of propane when on the boost. I am west of Stony.

Most any garbage transfer site has an area for them, or you can have them recertified at most propane places.
