Just had a couple hernias repaired a three weeks ago, feeling really good, but everyone keeps telling me to slow down.

Just wondering what other people have had for healing time before going back to doing their regular routine? I have been eye balling the sleds for a while, really starting to go nuts.

Agree, my hernia 3 yrs ago took a solid 8 weeks to be at 80% even though it felt great at 6 weeks.
Doctor said I had two choices, follow the rules regardless of how good I felt or come and see him again to have the hernia repaired with a guaranteed 10-12 week recovery with major surgery removing screws and mesh and redoing it.
I followed the rules and have had no problems since.
