Recertification of bikes?

I purchased a wrecked Heritage Softail Classic, put a new Kraft Tech frame on it, and repaired all the damage. Where can I get this ting inspected in the Edmonton area so it can be insured / registered? Thanks in advance.

Go see oly at sherwood cycle in sherwood park, as they doo bike recertifications(write-off inspections).......... I rebuilt a 2006 yamaha midnite venture royale ltd a few years ago, and the bike was perfect. He certified it, and said it was one of the cleanest bikes he ever re-certified................
