Rebuilding Ryde FX shocks

I'm in Red Deer, and trying to find someone locally that rebuilds these shocks. Actually, not sure what has to be done with them..they move nicely, but have no pressure charge in them at all. They are the stockers off my 03 RMK VE. I've called a couple dealers without much luck.
Any help is appreciated.
