I put the Nextech adjustable remote reservoir chamber on my shock last year. It worked great could make it stiff or soft well work the money.

Did you just put the reservoir on or did you do the revalve kit as well?

Emailed Nextech on rebuild options for the sag issue. He gave 2 options:
- Upgrade the internals with the Burandt kit witch includes new high flow 2 speed pistons and valving, $375 for both shocks
- $200 to revalve/rebuild both rear shocks. Then install $150 reservior on the rear float which allows up to 300psi in the rear shock.

I am still undecided between Burandt kit $375 or KMOD conversion $900

To be fair, you need to compare apples to apples. The Kmod conversion changes the rear suspension geometry, and also adds a coupling feature, which the Burandt revalve does not. Both are an improvement over stock. FWIW, I used to have the Burandt revalve in both my wife's and my sleds, now using Kmod setups in the current rides. In other words, you get what you pay for...

Are there any retailers in BC/AB selling the KMOD conversion for the ProClimb?

I wasn't comparing them. These are the 2 options I have to decide on.

A full KMOD skid with Raptors all around would be the cats meow!

Ride concepts in Chestermere. The is down and no response from his kijiji ad

Nextech in Sherwood park is pretty cheap to ship shocks with the Greyhound bus.

None, as far as I know. If you do the conversion you have to mail your shocks to KMOD in Idaho for revalving. About $40-$50 each way with Canada Post/ USPS.

Your shocks do not need to be revalved. They just need to be addressed properly. When I first picked up my sled it would sag, so that evening when is was in the shop I pumped it up again thinking everything would be fine next time I went out. Wrong, sagged again. It wasnt until I pumped about 150-170 lbs of air into the shock while I was outside sitting at about -15 that the shock retain the pressure. It had something to do with the air temp that fixed it.. Now I run wide open smashing whoops wide open and never bottom out. The Fox float Brandt revalve does work really well it change the rebound and compression rate of your fox zero pro and float in your rear skid and makes for a much smoother ride. Just my 2 cents.

Carefully remove the Float shock. Now lower it into the garbage can. Order a Zero Pro coilover shock from the dealer of your choice. Install Zero Pro. Go ride.

I did this exact procedure on my 09 M8. Improve the ride and eliminate sag and never have to worry about riding out on a flat float in your skid.

We are a Kmod dealer. The factory shocks do have to go to Kmod for shortening on the front and revalving on both. In season I carried a conversion with shocks done so it was just an exchange for the customer. Pm me if you want more details.
