Watched it last night. Big swamp rats are destroying the swamps cause the rat population has exploded. Kinda look like big ass muskrats. Can't remember which state it is but they put an all out bounty on these critters to clean them out. They make the hillbilly rednecks from the show Swamp People look normal lol.

I loved watching this show, but also HATE it.
When I was a little guy, maybe no bigger than 5-6, we had to move an OLD self feeder out of the coralls.
Dad said to get ready boy, there could be some rats there.
So there i am, ready, with a hockey stick with nails hammered through the blade of that old Titan stick.
He fires up the tractor, starts sliding that feeder, and all hell broke loose. Those rats looked as big as the ones on that TV show on Spike. MASSIVE.
Picture it, small child, hockey stick with nails, and just running around killing whatever i could, before they chewed off my tiny little legs.
That moment has been burnt into my memory forever.

Oh ya them some nasty little critters. Liked the part where they went all high tech with a radio tracking collar then unloaded on the nest with a machine gun! Wonder if they eat them after the show? Boil up some big ole nutrarat stew.
