Just letting everyone know we are open in the summer too. We have 4 full service RV stalls, 4 self contained cabins. There are lots of areas to ride, hike, jog, bike, fish "endless things to do". Hope to see you during the summer.

We were thinking of coming up thanksgiving weekend. Is there usually lots of snow up there at that time or are the quad/hiking trails still pretty good?

there fine, you will only hit snow above 7000ft
