Awesome. So a lake course set up then multiple laps to the finish or timed event? Not much for snow drags in Alberta. I believe some in central Alberta are the only ones I ever heard of? Maybe someone like SledderGlen would know? Lots of informal ones all over the snowbelt though.

White Horse track was like 7 mile long lots of corners both ways and we race 500 miles in one afternoon worked out into 75 laps

all the other races were 200 miles long grand prix tracks

Here’s another. This was my SkiDoo Pro Stock 50 build from 84’. This is a pic from the NWSA snocross open class. Not the air back then that the kids get now.

There were a lot of snow drags and cross-country races in the st Paul...Bonneville area as well in the 90s as nwsa races in st Paul and vegreville in the 80s. I raced nwsa in slyvan, slave lake..ft macmurray Alberta Beach and a few other places

What did you race and when Mark? I raced in the NWSA for about 9 years in the 80's. The pic of my twin track was from Sylvan Lake in 86' or 87'

Sweet! Had a nephew that raced trucks on dirt. Plenty of rubbing. Lol.
