polaris track to go on 95 ext 580

ive aquired a 136 x 1.75 track from a 2000 rmk 700 that i picked up last week i would like to put on our back up sled but i dont know if it will work ......HELP. i beleive they are both 136 just not sure on the drivers never done this before . any help would be greatly appreciated.

count the bars on the track make sure you have the same amount on each track should be 54 bars on each track
