Anyone know how these contraptions work?
One of our blinds won't go up. Take it off and see there are 4 strings going to two separate gear/spring assemblies. One of these stops winding up after a couple inches. Then that snarl of spring happened. So my question is, can I just rewind this (and how is it supposed to look?) or do I need to buy a new gear/spring assembly?
