places to ride close to edmonton area

hey am from around stony plain and this friday am looking for a place to go sledding thats not really far away. in was wondering if up by whitecourt if theres enough snow to ride. or up by vega the fort assinabuo are if theres enough snow to ride there to... or if anyone has other places close by to ride that has good snow that would be great if anyone could help me out.

the best riding around here is in your garage without the sled running, bouncing up and down on it. Thats about all.

Just made a drive from Peace River to Barrhead and the most snow I saw was in Swan hills and even then it was marginal at best.
