Mountain Tek Performance is proud to announce the most capable kit on the market today, at the absolute best value. The next evolution in two stroke turbocharger kits. All new for the Polaris AXYS 850 Platform is our feature packed turbocharger kit built for the hard core extreme riding that today's rider demands.
Boosted with our Ultra-fast responding turbocharger system and tuned with our Innovative MTNTK Performance Tuning, this true bolt-on kit also allows the OEM cold air intake, stock exhaust outlet, and a fit and finish that is showroom quality.
No permanent modifications to the factory electrical system, fuel system, or chassis, allows this kit to retain OEM reliability and repair-ability. Altitude Compensation for boost control comes standard and this is accomplished completely without any electronic devices. Set your boost and rpm once and never have to touch it again, same horsepower from the truck to the top of the mountain. Designed and perfected, we have pioneered the use of the OEM oil pump to properly lubricate the turbocharger and engine at the same time.
No electric oil pump to add, no oil reservoir to check for oil, no changing the turbo oil when it is deteriorated. Just put oil in your engine oil tank, fill your fuel tank with fuel and your riding! Chris, the price is good. What is the weight penalty and how much louder is it over stock?

Dealer says he'll warranty everything but a turbo,.. will have to wait 4yrs.

so do youself a favour and get a turbo that you can remove should something go wrong. Then mr dealer that will warranty everything but a turbo will never know. As for as im concerned thats a load of crap.

elaborate?

Well, they can definitely pull up a report that shows rpm and throttle position related to percent of time. Not sure if this is a dead give-away if you run only to stock max rpm. The problem is that removing the turbo is a PITA for little warranty issues.

That said, many turbo sleds can last longer than stockers if they are getting extra fuel that can cool the bottom end compared to a relative lean running stocker. I understand that a dealer should worry about motor failures directly caused by the turbo but other than that it is BS to kill a warranty completely because of it. Some dealers sell turbos so they would likely be the best ones to expect coverage from.

I have personally bin in the ecm with a laptop to see exactly what they see in both ski doo and polaris , and i can assure you there is no possible way for them to know unless the ecm itself has been cracked and the the fuel tables modified. With kits like boon docker you shouldn't have anything that leaves a signature. You could call jarred sessions directly to confirm. As for install and removal yes your rite it is a pain and usually if it something small id recommend fixing you self, but if its major like an engine pile up i would take it back in without all the stuff on it. ALLLLLL the stuff out of it, means even the little things like clutch parts and what not.... would be a dead give away. Just my 2 cents
