in the 80s when we started building decks,a friend of mine had a new company truck and a deck he built on it. he rode ACs with cleated tracks plus a few hundred picks on the track, anyway after riding all day he loaded it.hit the ramp to fast. cleared the deck and landed on roof with track spinning. then down on hood and on ground. so imagine the paint damage from a spinning track. he had to repaint to truck roof and replace the hood and paint.

In 2011 I bought a brand new sled and brand new Nashcar 3 place enclosed deck over trailer, first ride with both end of november, it was -25 ish and the black durafloor was quite slippery from all the frost, I had a spare sled in front of mine so I had to back out. As I backed out the sled slid sideways on the ramp and I pinned it to try and get a little momentum to starighten it out...... well that never worked and went right through the door guide wire, snapped it off, ripped all the decals off the side of my sled, it tipped off the ramp broke the hood bent the bars and riser....... 1km on the sled, and about 600km on the trailer....... glad there wasnt a soul at the chappel parking lot to see other than dad lol

I've seen many parking lot wrecks in revy . We would sit in the lot after riding all day and watch the carnage. It was awesome ,as long as no one got hurt.

Also watched a guy in revy in 2011 launch a yamaha vector turbo over the deck right onto the passenger side cab of his buddies new diesel. He fell off and the sled landed on top of him. His skag hooked on the ramp rungs, of course no glides, and he hit the throttle a little more, built some boost and launch mode engaged. Destroyed the headache rack of the deck, totaled the sled and just crippled the truck with that tank of a sled. When the guy woke up after being KO'd he was in relatively good spirits. Could of been that they were $hitfaced after sitting in monster bowl all day pounding beers and shots. Drank with them all night at glacier house that night and got the full story lol

I did but that was on an old digital camera, would have no idea where those old pics went or the memory card whereabouts, also had pics of the vector massacre on that camera....... too bad. Ya I was definitely in a bad mood after that happened lol. The untouched alpine all to ourselves helped alleviate the anger somewhat
