I have an 03 sks 800 is the belt inside the water pump famous for going instantly? If so how hard is it to change?

easy to change just unbolt the recoil housing and pull it to the side and there it is.

yes they can go instantly, it is a belt and it does break. Most of the time a person does not catch it and you cook a engine. If i remember correctly you may be able to see it through the timing pointer, there is a hole through the cover to check the timing

Is there 4 or 5 bolts that hold the recoil on?
