This is a 5 - 10 galvanized trailer that I want to strengthen for my sxs. The floor is kinda thin and there's anchor loops but kinda flimsy. Can I get a 5 -10 sheet 3/4 plywood? Or us it only 4 -8. Would a sheet of 1/4 aluminum work or be too heavy. This will be bolted to existing material. Previous owner strengthened the arms. The 1 pic looks twisted its half on concrete other side grass.

Better check the axle rating.....how big/heavy is your SxS? That trailer is pretty light duty. Depending on how heavy your machine is it’s not gonna take long to destroy that trailer.

3500 torsion axle i will be using the trailer mainly for other lighter duty things. Just once in a while throw the sxs on instead of on the sled deck. Sxs is just over 1000 lb. Trailer payload is 2100lb

Im sure 3/4” treated plywood is plenty strong for that. Could also use treated 2X6 and then put some of thoserecessed“D”rings in for tie downs. F0088C34-69AD-4373-BED3-3537ACE06A29.png

I found a sheet of 5- 10 3/4 plywood 180.00. Even the 2x6x10 is about 20.00x10 pieces 100.00. I didn't know wood had shot up this high wow. I was looking at these for tie downs
