changing oil in 05 venture rs thinking of using amsoil 0w40 any concerns?

Only concern would be spilling it, lol. I have used it since 2005 in my turbo RX1 sled.

Thats what I put into my Apex, no issues so far.

Amsolil or Yamaha 0-40 -- done amsoil for the last 7 years turbos and all 0 engine problems.

Gone to yamaha synthetics purely for better price.

Howdy guys... Just to chime in and say hello... I've used Shell Rotella in everything for many years. The T6 is full synthetic... at a fraction of the cost. I don't buy into the marketing hype of 'specialized' motor oils
