At least it will give a few of us a chance to fix our A arms, control arms, bent shocks, bent ski, boondocker wiring issues and mystery motor fail . That was an expensive day.
If anyone is looking for some large rocks, please feel free to PM me. I found a plethora today in Brohm. Heheheh!
...but rain...not great for riding but maybe a little warm up might help bond that faceted layer under the rain crust plaguing the PNW right now. What ever happens though the Avi conditions are going to be through the roof this week.

Well sir, I wrecked my control arm, a arm, spindle, lcd screen is cracked on my new pieps and bent my shock. Lewey wrecked his a arm, motor issues (helied out) and more, v10 bent his ski but it should buff out and James had some control box issues. All and all it was pretty sweet. Now if you will excuse me I am going to go get drunk off some scope and Aqua velva now that i can't afford that fancy beer stuff with my wreckage fees. MMM...aqua velva and sprite, the new Jagerbomb round these parts

Ah hemmm.......
Whistler 6 Day Snow Forecast & Skiing Weather for 1480 m Yep, that is 180 cm and over 200 cm forecasted for now until saturday night.
Had a coffee with some patrol buddies and local avalanche geeks and was told these day are going to be a nightmare. The facets under the rain crust ARE going to let loose all over the place. Be careful and play safe everyone!
P.S- Mr sideways...you suck. That is all. Ren dog out!!!!!

went over the hurley to bralorne yesterday.
the lillooet fsr ended up getting plowed upto the hurley fsr turn off.

about 4-5 feet at the summit of the pass and about 2.5 feet at the goldbridge/bralorne split.
really good coverage all the way into bralorne. about as fun as a trail ride can be.

the road was much thinner as it had been plowed before or during the the storm.
not sure if logging is going to continue.

Logging and plowing on the Hurley is now done for the season. They still might be going up towards North Creek for a while.

Unloading at 9K on the Hurley and the parking has been plowed. Awesome day yesterday breaking trail into Hope Creek and playing in the meadows. Chest deep in some spots with more to come!

brohm was real good on friday. did some snowboard runs and sledding near the hip. super deep snow, stuck to short slopes and even then had a size 1 slab release on a landing. i probed on windblown area at the top of the causeway with about 4 feet but there could be twice as much in other areas.
parked at a clearing with some other trucks on the catlake road, could have went a bit farther and rode less rock.

super windblown on brohm yesterday, about 6 - 8 inches of fresh snow on a firm raincrust. not very fun for sledding or snowboarding.
heard the cat lake road may have washed out recently. went up the "old way" i call it... parked at a pullout around 3km, one nasty cross ditch that was annoying.

gonna wait until brandywine gets good. too much driving to squamish lately. heheh.
