Why do the North rockies get basically no attention when it comes to avy reports? I realize there are less users than the more southern regions but I know there are still lots of backcountry users. And since the areas are generally more lacking in cell coverage, accessability, and emergency services it would be nice to have a bit more confidence in conditions before heading out. Avalanche.ca doesnt work on my work computer but even on my phone app it says no report is available for the region?

This is not cac fault. It's that all those back country users you are talking about are not taking the time to really the info they see and collect out there to cac so they can make a repot,

little to no commercial users in that area. These commercial users share their information with the CAC. No users no information. simple as that.
