We just got back from the Bighorn last week. The smoke definitely played a detrimental role in our riding however all in all it was still a really good time. We ended up going to Shundra Creek Campground and riding the trails just down from Shundra. There was less smoke and I found the trails to be less rocky(a-arm killers). The people that run Shundra Creek campground are amazing. They even rent out a holiday trailer at a reasonable price. I saved the best for last, it was a ride in/ride out campground. If you get a chance talk to the locals in regards to baldy look-out point. The trail system was amazing. It had something for everyone. More pics to come.
