Newbie looking for info on turbos

I live in Whitecourt AB and i have a 2010 Dragon 800, Love putting it to the limits and may want a little more out of it. it is bone stock right now and wonder what will work with the dragon also if putting new top end in and if there are any high quality pistons and rings out there that won't wreck the engine..
