LSA- $20-25000
6.2 DI- $15-18000
Ls3- $15000 ish
Scott- Not sure on actual price of the scott or Hamilton but it is roughly a $5000 extra over the Hamilton
-For me its not so much the cost (engine or pump) but more or less how much better one will work than the other for the money spent...so far it looks like the LSA is winning for engine choice which is ok with me.

I bough my first jet boat this spring. 2010 Clearwater with the lsa. I'm shocked at how effiecent it is, I was expecting it to burn way more fuel from what I had read on other forums. My brother has the Standord Kodiak 350 in his and it burns the same amount of fuel. Seams like his motor is always working very hard all the time and when the boat is loaded up it struggles to get on plan.the lsa gets the Clearwater on plan in a matter of seconds. Sorry I got no experience with the 6.2 di. I have heard good things about it. Explorer industries is really a fan of it. I do most of my running on the nsr. I vote for the lsa!!!
