New '08 Phazer for the Wife

Well this Phazer is of to a disappointing start. The dealership is claiming it must have hit a branch and pushed the radiator into the fan and the fan wore a hole through the rad! I've got to have another look....I'm stunned.

After all of the jokes I heard about the rev and the pine cone it seems the Phazer is even more delicate!

Are you guys running screens in front of your rads? I see Yamaha has a part available is this the best one?

I find that a little hard to believe. Isn't the fan attached to the rad? I have had no issues with mine yet but maybe i'll consider a screen as well.
