Ok guys, so I have an 04 rev and want to swap the track. I have the new track just need some 411 on how to go about this. I am new to this but don't want to pay someone to do the work for me. Plus how are you going to learn if you don't do it yourself. If someone has a link to a instructional that would work to.

Thanks

Matt

The short of it is:
1) elevate rear sled from roof to rear bumper.
2) slack off track tensioners
3) remove skid mounting bolts
4) pull skid out
5) drain chaincase
6) open chaincase and remove chain and bottom gear
7) remove speedo sensor from clutch side of trackshaft
8) remove nuts retaining trackshaft on clutch side
9) slide trackshaft through chaincase until it clears the tunnel on clutch slide
10) pull'r all out

Shaft through rear suspension can be a PITA to get the second bolt out without an impact. If What I did was take the first bolt out, then thread it back in part way with a jam nut on it to stop the shaft from turning then take the second bolt out. If you have an air impact it shouldn't be an issue.
