Would anyone have information about this carb. A website or a PDF with an exploded view. Im more of a fuel injection kind of guy. Anything would help, just wanted to look at a picture of it before I do anything in the future.

Thanks a ton!!

go to Brown's Leisure World - Home Page

they have an online parts fiche for arctic cat sleds
-click "on-line parts fiche" in the middle of the screen
-click "snowmobile"
-then choose your year, model, and parts you want to look at

PS: the 03 to 05 Arctic cat 900's have a 40 MM flatside carb...

hope this helps

Those did definetly help. I noticed there is a white knob on the side of the carb, Is that going to the be fuel mixture screw? Is that the screw we adjust 1-1 1/4 turns out from lightly seated??? Sorry Im so new, Im so not a carb guy lol.. But I am going to learn.

Should of bought an EFI sled :)

if you open that pdf you will see a parts box next to the exploded view that will tell you what part is what.also if you have the excelerator pump style becareful not to hit the throttle with out the engine running or you will have a flooded engine.trust me as my bike has one and some azz was twisting the throttle and going vroom vroom

I did both, under the browns arctic cat

Browns Website
I am looking at #22

Then on the Mikuni site it says #10 is the idle adjustment,

Just confused by it.

If #23 is the fuel mixture, how many turns should it be brought out?

I appreciate your paitence Woodie:beer:

depends on the motor.my bike was a 1500 cc twin so not the same likely but rule of thumb is litely bottom out then 1.5 turns out and then adjust from there. glad to help i'm always into something new also. right now turbo is the beast i'm trying to learn.

aside from the riser, the best thing I've done... I don't know how I could have rode without them in powder days
