We are camping at Loon lake this weekend and riding Silent Saturday/Sunday. I heard last weekend they were unloading just past McMurdo bridge (~45km). May-long last year we unloaded at the 47km. Will probably have to travel a bit further this year. Anyone is welcome to join. We will be monitoring channel 7-11 on Garmin Rhino's.

We to will be at silent sat.

FYI for anyone heading to the silver mines. Hit it today. She is done for the year. Big sharp shale rocks all down low. Had to move a lot of them to get in. Willows are already 3ft tall and rising.. There's only a very small snow bridge before the fall and its probably gonna be gone tomorow. Creek is wide open. Rode 2km of dirt. Parked at the last cut block heading in. Lots of Avy yea gatta cross and all the debris it brought down with it.

Rode Silent Saturday. Parked at ~52km (6km past McMurdo bridge). Trail was washed out 3/4's of the way up the "rollercoaster" single track. We had some very tight & steep tree riding to get past it. In a few days you could easily drive to the washed out bridge (~60 km mark).

Camping at Loon Lake (24km) was great. Sledding, quadding, fishing, and camping all in one weekend.:d
