I run an '09 M1000 162" Sno Pro w/ a Y pipe, can & big air kit - I'm running Cutler 80-90 gram weights (@ 84.5 grams) & wondering if I should make any other clutching mods?

I also have an 09 sounds like to much weight to me. I ran the stock weights with speedwerx pipe, y pipe, can reeds air intake kit. Have you rode it yet? I pulled great rpms with the stock weights and pulled super hard before I went to the turbo.
I am running roughly the same weight that you are and I have a turbo.

I'm still pulling 74-7600rpm @ 2-4000' & 72-7400 @ 5-8000' with that much weight (84.5grams). I have ~1000 miles on it.

 awesome sled. i run a OVS secondary with a red spring with white strip.
the heavier spring helps alot and it cheap. i also have a Y pipe, SLP pipe and a boondocker, and big air kit. realiable smooth horsepower. and Vforce reeds.
We estimated it to be 195hp at 2000ft above sea level.
