I was just snooping around on google maps and found a lac st anne trail i have family in sandugo had have never heard of this trail where does a person stage to ride there.

Not 100% sure of the trail you are talking about, but there is a new trail system with a big staging area right near you at Stanger Hills. If you're on an ATV, please respect the sledders and stay off their trails until spring. However, you are free to ride your ATV on the highlighted multiuse trail.
