Knock Sensor problem

I just had a used rebuilt bottom end put in my 09 summit by a back yarder(licensed mechanic). He didn't have all my panels or guages as I had already tore it apart and didn't want to take him a box of parts & bolts. I just wanted him to swap over my magneto & install engine so he could align it also, he wanted to fire it so I gave him the exhaust & tether so he could fire it. I picked it up drove it on my truck, took it home & put guages & stuff back on fired it up & check eng. knock sensor lights come on, checked bolt- tight, checked wires-pluged in. Any ideas what it might be? I will call him on Monday if I can't figure it out myself.

Is that the update that resets the code for knock sensor when you shut it off? I have heard about that but couldn't remember if it was 07-08's or the 09's. Thanks for the info I'm going to try & get it in tomorrow.
