KLIM gear registering

Trying to register my Klim gear and a bit confused. I go to New Product registration,its asking for the SKU number but when I put that in it says item not found. Tried to put the number in with dashes, no dashes. We called Klim customer service and they guy there didn't know. What am I doing wrong? Please help
