Kawasaki Atv Recall

Was wondering if anyone has had their steering knuckles replaced on any Kawasaki Atv under the recall, swaps the aluminum knuckles for steel to prevent the ball joint from possibly popping out of the steering knuckle. Any responses would be appreciated, thank you.

What years and machines are affected by this recall?

My machine is an '01, when I looked there is a huge range from '88 to 2013. Quite a few different recalls for different atvs. I called Echo Cycle, they took the serial number, my quad came up on the list, and now Kawasaki is paying to switch out the old aluminum steering knuckles and updating them to steel and all necessary parts required, quite a nice treat.
