Cant seem to get the jack shaft out of my 2012 freeride ran into some problems on the caliber side looking for any kind of info

jackshaft or driveshaft? brake caliper is on the driveshaft, there is a puller for removal of the rotor. it can be done without, but you have to be careful not to break the plastic plug

to pull the jackshaft I always heat the support that holds the bearing on the left side to help get it out and back in. A propane torch works fine.

Make sure you remove the retainer on the bearing. After your sure everything is out, take a torch and heat the bearing support a little. Then I used a dead blow and gave it some persuasion from the chain case side and it came right out
